Switzerland - Winter

Bearded Vulture

Date: 1 March - 7 March 2027 (7 days)

Maximum group size: 3 participants

Price: 1590.- CHF

Join me in Switzerland, my home country, where I will take you to the best sites to capture a wide range of striking waterfowl, the majestic Bearded Vulture, the iconic Northern Nutcracker, maybe the Bearded Reedling and many more!

Switzerland is a small country but certainly holds a vast range of landscapes, where the snow-covered Alps rise above some of the largest lakes in Europe. Some of the most iconic Alpine species become easier to photograph in this season, while the large lakes host hundreds of wintering ducks, offering great opportunities for close-up portraits. A few intimate set-up will also give us amazing chance to photograph the passerines.

Highlight species include: Bearded Vulture, Northern Nutcracker, Alpine Accentor, Alpine Chouch, Bearded Reedling, Blue Tit, Red-crested Pochard, Tufted Duck, Common Pochard, Mallard, Gadwall, Eurasian Pygmy-Owl
